Show Directories are produced specifically for each Meetings Quest Tradeshow during the Fall Series, and distributed to all registered meeting professionals, per the regional event(s) they are attending. Each Show Directory is exclusive and unique - including important show information, details, and Exhibitor Listings for all suppliers exhibiting in that particular trade show.

Exhibitor Listings include contact information, specs, and a brief description of the exhibitor property, destination, service, etc. All exhibiting suppliers are included in the Show Directory automatically and free of any additional charge - Enhance your visibility by placing an AD in the Show Directory! All B&W advertisement space reservations must be made 60 days prior to each individual show date. All 4 color ads must be received no later than 90 days prior to the first Fall Series Tradeshow.
